South London based upholsterer and scenic artist with more than a decade's experience at the highest level. Katie is trained in both traditional upholstery and modern upholstery techniques and has a passion for breathing new life into furniture. Whether you want to bring a classic Mies Van Der Rohe back to life, make an Eames chair a contemporary icon, or simply turn a staple piece of Habitat furniture into something special, get in touch to discuss your project.

 

As a scenic artist Katie has worked on dozens of headlining West End and international productions including Cabaret, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Lion King, and Made in Dagenham, and has produced expert soft props for Meatloaf: Bat Out Of Hell, & Juliet, The Nutcracker, Stranger Things and many more.

Beyond being a skilled upholsterer Katie is also an experienced furniture restorer working with antique wood and vintage finishes.
